The Derm Team accepts payment via credit card (Mastercard, Visa)

All prices are in Australian Dollar (AUD)

Shipping

Standard Shipping $10.50

Express Shipping (Next day delivery) up to 3 days for rural areas $12.50

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email and tracking number will be sent.

In case of an unforeseen circumstance beyond The Derm Team Control. Delivery may be subject to change and the above are a guideline.

Returns

The Derm Team, unfortunately, does not offer refunds only store credit to be used at any time.

In order to receive a store credit, the purchased product must be returned unopened and in its original state. Customers are responsible for return postage and shipping fee.
